Scripts, editing, publishing, comment automation, lead magnet and email sequence. You point a camera at yourself once a month and get enquiries, not views.
No commitment on the call. If it is not a fit, we say so there — and we edit one of your videos for free either way.
People who are good at their job do not have hours to spare cutting videos and writing captions. So the profile sits still, and whoever searches your name finds an account with three photos from two years ago.
Four are inside every package, whichever one you pick. Two are people we send you when the enquiries start coming in faster than you can handle them.
We decide what you say and in what order, and we write the shot list so one filming session covers the whole month.
Twelve to ninety videos a month, subtitled and graded, plus the carousels. Our pipeline is automated, which is why the volume costs what it costs.
We schedule and post everything on a calendar you approve. You never open a scheduler.
A keyword in the comments triggers a reply inside a minute, that reply trades a free resource for an email, and the sequence follows. The list is yours.
A videographer comes to your business and films for three to four hours. One session covers one to two months of content, so you never touch a camera.
A trained closer calls the enquiries we generate, qualifies them and books or closes. You only speak to people who are ready.
Tell us what you do and we will list the team a business like yours actually runs on. Switch on whoever you would rather hire than be. Whatever you leave off, you do yourself — so watch the second number too.

Where these numbers come from. Market averages, not quotes. Freelance figures are typical monthly retainers for part-time work at this volume. In-house figures are total employer cost — gross salary plus contributions — not take-home pay. The videographer is priced per shooting day. Software covers an editing suite, a scheduler and an email platform. Rates vary by city and seniority: move the sliders to your own numbers.
And where the hours come from. Our own production times, not an estimate: a short video takes between thirty-five and fifty minutes to cut properly, a carousel about half an hour, and comments and DMs eat half an hour a day the moment a profile starts moving. Scripting is the one people underrate — a throwaway reel is twenty minutes, a long video with research, sources and someone checking them is a day's work, which is why the YouTube option moves the number so much. The hours scale with how much you publish, and they are what it costs you to do the job yourself, not what a professional would need.
The machine is the same whether you are a financial adviser, a law firm or a gym. What changes is what you say, not how it reaches people.
What to say, in what order, and the shots to film. It reaches you by the 3rd of the month.

CLOSEThe script arrives written from your own words — the questions your clients actually ask you, which we take from one call at the start and from what people write under your posts.
You film every script back to back in one sitting. Each block gets at least two of the three framings, because the cuts that keep people watching are paid for here, not in editing.
Nothing is improvised and nothing waits for you to be free. The dates below are fixed, and they are the same every month.
Someone who comments is interested for a very short while. A reply the next morning reaches a person who has already moved on. Ours arrives while they are still holding the phone.
We do not show testimonials we do not have and we do not show work that is not ours. Every clip here was sent to us raw by the business and edited before anyone paid us anything.
Financial adviser · raw phone footage
Aesthetic clinic · one take, no retouching
Law firm · filmed on a desk, no crew
Everyone here got one of their own videos back, edited, before any money changed hands.

Speed is not a nice detail of lead handling. It is the single variable that decides whether the person who reacted to your video ever becomes an enquiry.
Someone has to see the comment, open the profile, write the message. In those five minutes your prospect has scrolled past forty other videos.
Comments get checked once a day, usually the next morning. By then the moment that made them comment is gone.
The keyword lands in the comments and the message is already in their inbox. They are still scrolling the same feed. Nobody is awake at 2am to do this by hand — the machine is.
Replying within five minutes instead of thirty makes qualifying a lead about twenty-one times more likely. We are not five minutes. We are inside a minute, day or night.
Source: MIT / InsideSales lead response studyResponse within the first minute converts dramatically better than anything later. The curve does not flatten out — it collapses.
Source: Harvard Business Review, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”Most sales still need five to twelve touches. Speed opens the conversation, the email sequence is what finishes it.
Source: HubSpot Sales researchThese are published industry findings on response speed, not promises about your account. Our reply is an automation firing as soon as the comment lands — in practice inside a minute, measured on our own setup. It is a machine, not a promise about your account. We do not forecast your results, and anyone who does is guessing.
Everything is included in all three: scripts, editing, publishing, the replies inside a minute, your lead magnet and the email sequence. What changes is how much you film and how much comes out. Three-month minimum on all of them.
Need someone to come and film you, or someone to call your enquiries back? Both are add-ons — build your setup below.
How the three are built. One filming hour yields around fifteen finished videos, which is what sets the hours in each package. Price scales with output on a single rate: a video counts as one unit, a carousel as half — carousels are cut from the same scripts and transcripts, so they cost us less to make and we pass that on. Standard is the anchor at 37.5 units; the other two follow from it. The fifteen-per-hour figure is our own working rate and we recheck it on every new client.
Start from one package, then add only the parts you actually want. Whatever you pick is what we open the call with — nothing gets slipped in afterwards.
How the add-ons are priced. A filming session is three to four hours on site and covers one to two months of content, so most clients book one every second month rather than every month. The closer is a fixed monthly fee plus 10% of what they close for you — you only pay the percentage on deals that actually land. Both are billed per client, and both are confirmed on the call before anything starts.
Between one and six hours of filming a month depending on the package, plus two days to approve what we edited. If you do not approve within two working days we publish — it is in the contract, and it exists so one busy week does not block the whole month.
That is exactly why we write the script. It arrives with the lines and the shots to film, in order. If you stumble, film the same part twice and we keep the better one.
Month one is construction: profile, automations, lead magnet, email sequence. The first enquiries usually show up in month two. We do not promise numbers, and anyone promising them is guessing.
Almost always because the last step was missing. They posted and stopped. Nobody answered the people who commented, nobody collected an email, and the traffic evaporated. We treat that last step as part of the job, not as an upsell.
You do. The edited files, the email list and the accounts stay yours the day we stop working together, and we hand them over without being asked.
Because month one is mostly setup, and judging the work on month one is like judging a shop on opening day. If after three months you are not getting results, we add up every euro you paid us and we give it back, to the last cent.
Because our editing is mostly automated. We built the pipeline ourselves, so a finished clip costs us a fraction of what it costs an editor working by hand. That is also why we can edit one of your videos for free before we have even spoken.
We tell you what we would do on your profile, with your content in front of us. If the timing is wrong for you, we say so on the call and you never hear from us again.
You sell the retainer. We produce it under your brand — scripts, edits, publishing, replies inside a minute, email. Your client signs with you, gets a report with your logo on it, and never learns our name.
Start with a single client. If the delivery is not clean, you have lost one month and no relationship — and we edit three of their videos free before you commit.
Selling the next retainer is the easy part. The hard part is that every account you sign adds thirty videos a month to a team that is already behind, and the only ways out are hiring, freelancers who disappear, or telling the client you will post less than you promised.
Pick what you resell, how many accounts you run it on, and what you charge for it. The number on the right is yours.
What this is and is not. It multiplies your price minus our price by the number of accounts. It does not model your sales cost, your own overhead or churn — those are yours to add. The point is the shape: our cost per account is fixed, so every account you add drops straight through.
This is the part that makes a retainer renew. Not the edit quality — the fact that somebody replied while the person was still holding the phone.
Comments checked once a day, usually the next morning. The moment that made someone comment is long gone.
Someone has to see it, open the profile, write the message. Five minutes is genuinely good, and it is still five minutes.
The keyword lands in the comments and the reply is already in their inbox — at 3am, on a Sunday, in August. Your client sees a machine that never sleeps and assumes you built it.

See the reportThe number above is an example, not our recommendation — you set the price your market carries. What is fixed is our side, and it does not move when the client asks for more.
There is no onboarding call with us and no meeting your client has to attend. You already know these answers from the sale you just made.

Not how many people watched. How many wrote in, and from where. It is the number that decides whether they renew, so it is the number on the first page.
These are your prices, not your client's. What you charge on top is yours to set and yours to keep. Three-month minimum per account, same as the direct side.
How the three are built. One filming hour yields around fifteen finished videos, which sets the hours in each tier. Price scales with output on one rate: a video counts as one unit, a carousel as half — carousels are cut from the same scripts and transcripts, so they cost less to make and we pass that on. Standard is the anchor; the other two follow from it.
Need a videographer sent to your client, or a closer working their enquiries? Both exist as add-ons at partner rates — ask when we speak.
Not from us. We do not contact your client, we do not appear on the files, the scheduling or the reports, and we do not publish anything naming who we work with. You are the agency; we are a supplier you happen to use.
That is what we recommend. Take one client, run a month, look at what came back. Before you even commit that account we will edit three of their existing videos free so you can see the standard without spending anything.
Your client does, through you. Email lists, files and profile access stay on your side. If we stop working together we hand everything over and delete our copies — there is nothing for us to hold hostage.
Filming hours — one to six a month depending on the tier — profile access, and half an hour of questions once, for the lead magnet. That is the whole ask, and you can pass it on as your own onboarding.
Inside a week. The first month builds the machine — automations, lead magnet, email sequence — and publishing starts mid-month. That timeline is the same whether it is your first account with us or your tenth.
You tell us and we fix it inside the same month, at no cost. You are reselling our work under your name, so a bad month costs you a relationship and costs us a partner. The incentives here are not complicated.
Yes. We have no say in what you charge and no visibility into it. Our price to you is fixed per tier, and everything above it is yours.
Twenty minutes. You tell us the client, we tell you what we would produce and what it costs you. If the numbers do not work for your model, we will say so on the call.
